CNC Milling 5, 4 & 3 axis machines programmed with hyperMILL for fast accurate programming.
5 Axis Milling: Three machines provide excellent versatility and high speed milling (upto 42,000 rpm). Programming via hyperMILL CADCAM software allows true 5 Axis simultaneous machining.
3 Axis Milling: Two machines fitted with rotary computer-controlled 4th Axis enable complex parts to be tackled. The addition of hyperMILL CADCAM software enables simultaneous machining across all axis and facilitates the generation of machine programs from customer supplied 3D models.
2 Axis Milling: Two XYZ Protrak machines cater for routine and complicated low volume requirements.

HOW DOES THE CNC MILLING PROCESS WORK?
DESIGN OF A CAD (COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN) MODEL
CNC milling procedure starts with the design of a 2D or even 3D CAD part design.
CONVERTING A CAD MODEL INTO A PERFECT CNC PROGRAM
The completed design is taken into a CNC-compatible file format.
CONFIGURING THE CNC MILLING MACHINE
Then converted to a CNC machine program by a CAM (Computer-aided manufacturing) software.
EXECUTION OF THE MILLING OPERATION
The main task of this program is to dictate the movements of the tooling and activities of the machine all through the workpiece.
